Our Team

Our cofounder Raymond manages several logistics companies offering specialized solutions to different industries. In his 17 years operating in this field, he has built an extensive network of industry partners and clients globally. He sees an immense gap in the digital freight forwarding world and aims to create a solution that encompasses all the essentials to empower customers with the ability to have full control over their logistics. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of British Columbia and a Doctor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Washington.

Queenie was a bioscience research scientist prior to joining the logistics sector. Leveraging the vast working experience she has obtained in the industry during the past 15 years, she has cofounded NVISION, with the goal to extend services beyond traditional freight forwarding. Customers should be provided with tools to have the power and full visibility over their logistics. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Hong Kong.

Max is responsible for NVISION’s customer relations and business development strategy. He previously held management positions in Sales & Marketing and Regional Key Accounts Management at Global top 10 freight forwarders including DB Schenker, Kuehne & Nagel and KWE. Having a tremendous passion for logistics and freight forwarding in bringing customer total solutions and success, Max started his career in the industry 15 years ago, straight after his graduation with BA (1st Hons) in Communications.

Kristy is an experienced senior-level design leader with expertise in brand strategy, architecture, design systems and visual design. She is passionate about launching products and leading innovation at both corporate and startups environments. Before NVISION, she was at Power Tec Ltd. and Delivery Republic Ltd, leading IT & software design in logistics and supply chain field. Kristy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from Swinburne University of Technology.

Anthony focuses on building and delivering high-quality software and technologies that delight customers. He joined NVISION with solid experience in software engineering across areas such as web application development, API development, and architecture design.
