The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of how NVISION (NAF Global Logistics Limited) which is collectively referred to as "NVISION", "us", "we" or "our" collect, use and process your Data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“PDPO”), the associated regulations and guidelines as may from time to time be issued by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong and (where applicable) the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) of the European Union and any other regulations applicable to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong.​ For the purpose of the GDPR, NAF Global Logistics Limited is the controller who determine the purposes and means of processing of your Personal Data collected through nvisionfwd.com. This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, disclose and/or process the Personal Data you have provided to us, as well as to help you to make an informed decision before providing us with your Personal Data.

Collection of Information

At times, you may be required to provide your Personal Data and business information including, but not limited to, your name, gender, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, location, any document, freight information, postal address and/or the email address etc. Refusal to provide such information may render us unable to handle any application or request you are making, or may deny you access to certain parts of our websites, or may otherwise defeat the objectives of your visit. Information relating to your use of our services, such as usage of data, SMS, voice call connection time, duration, origin and destination, and other value added services whether provided by us, our affiliated companies or our business partners, may be automatically collected for our accurate reporting and administration of your accounts.  ​Our website may collect aggregate information about our visitors, e.g. statistics on the number of visits. This type of data may include, but is not limited to, the browser type and version, operating system, IP address and/or domain name.   • To provide timely, reliable and value-added services to customers including shipment tracking, account management and billing, information management and technical support and related services;

  • To provide, develop, implement, provide and manage services for you, including customer marketing materials and questionnaires that help us enhance our services;
  • To manage and promote NVISION business activities;

If we do not collect such personal data from you, we may not process your application or provide our services to you.

For research and development. We may use your personal data for research and development purposes, including analyzing and improving the Service and our business.

We may create aggregated, de-identified or other anonymous data records from your personal data and other individuals whose personal data we collect.  We make personal data into anonymous data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you.  We may use this anonymous data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including analyzing and improving the Service and promoting our business. ​

To ensure that your request can be processed quickly please provide your full name, email address, log in name and details of the product and/or service you have subscribed.

Identity Card Number
We may also collect your identity card number and process this as required under applicable law or regulation, as required by any regulator having authority over us and, subject to the PDPO, for the purpose of identifying you where it is reasonable for your identity card number to be used for this purpose.

Compliance with laws and regulations

We may be required to retain, process and/or disclose your personal data in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations or in order to comply with a court order, subpoena or other legal process (whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere), or to comply with a request by a government authority, law enforcement agency or similar body (whether situated in Hong Kong or elsewhere) or to perform or discharge the Regulatory Functions. Access and correction of personal data

Under the PDPO, you have the right to ascertain whether we hold your personal data, to obtain a copy of the data, and to correct any data that is inaccurate. You may also request us to inform you of the type of personal data held by us. A reasonable fee may be charged to offset our administrative and actual costs incurred in complying with your data access requests.

Termination or cancellation

Changes

In the future, we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy. All changes will be included in the latest Privacy Policy published on this website, so that you will always understand our current practices with respect to the information we gather, how we might use that information and disclosures of that information to third parties. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy.
